Our Beliefs

We believe in God the Father, God the Son- Jesus, and God the Holy Spirit. 


We believe the Bible is the written Word of God. We should honor and esteem the written Word of God. Jesus Christ is the Word of God made flesh. (John 1:1-15; 14) 


God has given us a free will to choose life or death and Jesus is the only way to the Father and heaven. Unless a person is born again, they are lost and hell bound. (John 3:3, 5-7) (Romans 10:8-10) 


Jesus through His total and substitutionary sacrifice at the whipping post and the cross became our sin and took the curse and took all of God's judgment and wrath upon Himself for us. (2 Corinthians 5:21) (1 Peter 2:24) (Galatians 3:13) 


Jesus has reconciled us back to God and God is not mad at us! (Romans 5:9) 


We have been totally redeemed, Christ purchased our salvation, healing, deliverance, peace and total wholeness. It is our responsibility to receive all that God has offered. What has been offered by grace must be received by faith. (Romans 4:16, 5:2) (Ephesians 2:8) 


After being born again, it is a rebirth and a start to a whole new way of life, that should be a constant process of growing and maturing. (Romans 12:2) (Colossians 1:9) 


We must be continually growing in the Word, ever being renewed in our mind, learning to be led by the Holy Spirit in all things. (John 14:16-17, 26) (John 15:26) (John 16:7, 13) (Galatians 5:16-18, 25)


We must covet all the gifts of the Holy Spirit, thereby being empowered to lead a victorious Christian life and always be ready to do all the things God calls us to do. (1 Corinthians 12:31, 14:1, 12, 39)


A believer must become more than just a hearer of the Word. A successful believer must become a doer of the Word, led by the Holy Spirit, only then will the blessing of God flow. (James 1:22, 25)


We do not believe in lowering or watering down the Word of God based on the traditions of men, which makes the Word of little effect. The Word of God and precious blood of Jesus is the final authority, not what someone else has or has not experienced. (Matthew 15:6) (Mark 7:13)


Christianity is about beholding Jesus and becoming like Him, an exciting and victorious walk. (2 Corinthians 3:18) (Romans 8:29) (1 John 3:1-2, 2:6, 4:17) 


Satan has been defeated. We will have trials and tribulations but be of good cheer, Jesus has overcome the world. (John 16:33)


Christians are expected to walk in the light we have and as we press, grow and go forward in Him, we will be given more and more light. (James 4:17)


We are blessed to be a blessing. (Genesis 12:2) 


Jesus is the Way, Truth and the Life. (John 14:6)

    For most of my adult life I was a school teacher- approx. 34 years. For most of that time I was lost and unsaved. So I guess you could say my background was educated sinner.  My gods at that time were hunting and fishing.  After truly surrendering my life to the Lord and asking Jesus into my life, our lives exploded into His blessing and favor. I began getting into the Word day and night, reading the Bible, and listening to Word-based teachings, as the Lord directed me. In a short time, I was baptized in the Holy Spirit with evidence of praying in tongues. The Lord spoke into my spirit [our mission statement] and miracles and signs have followed ever since. Both of our children at that time were stricken with sickness and disease and at the Lord's direction, He instructed me to lay hands on them and as we prayed they were healed side by side that very night. We then began as the Lord directed, a ministry, out of our home called JMD Ministry. We have experienced many healing and deliverance miracles during these years.  In the future I hope to do a detailed testimony of the many miracles God has poured out here. All Glory to God.   • Our Mission

    The Lord spoke very clearly in my spirit. You will speak and teach My Word the rest of your life. You will teach My Word emphasizing the power and authority in My Word. As you are obedient and teach My Word, I will do signs and wonders through you and the church. Lost souls will be saved, demons will be cast out, the sick will be healed and the dead will be raised. You will covet and earnestly seek all the gifts of the Holy Spirit and you will start by speaking in other tongues and teach others to receive as well. Miracles and signs will be a common way of life. He later added, you will teach and raise up disciples in My Word. As they hear the truth and learn to abide in My Word, I will manifest My presence to them! He gave me this prayer for our ministry and church. Father, in the name of Jesus, I thank you Lord Jesus for showing us how to defeat the enemy, by speaking and confessing out loud the spoken Word of God, by love and by faith, for we do not fight thoughts with thoughts, but with the spoken Word of God. And we thank you Lord Jesus for putting into our remembrance to always inquire of You, before anything we say and do. And thank you Holy Spirit, we acknowledge You as God the Father and the Lord Jesus within us. You were sent here to teach us, guide us and comfort us and we purpose in our hearts to clearly hear and receive Your words and to not just be hearers of the Word but doers of the Word as well.
